Listening

AI social listening for brands that decide on evidence.

Commently collects mentions of your brand from news, X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, then has AI read each one: is it really about you, is it good or bad for the brand, which of your categories it belongs to and how urgent it is. Your team works from one screen instead of five platform searches.

What it does

Five sources, one screen

News, X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube mentions sit side by side, broken down by channel, category, sentiment and priority, with a monthly priority chart and a watchlist strip.

Relevance before volume

Each mention is checked for whether it is actually about your brand before it is counted. Same-name noise and unrelated hashtags stay out of your numbers.

Sentiment for the brand, not the tone

Commently asks whether a mention is good or bad for your brand, not whether the text sounds happy. A sarcastic complaint reads as negative; praise aimed at someone else stays neutral for you.

Your corrections stay

When your team relabels a mention, the AI never overwrites it. Open a ticket from any row to hand a mention to the person who should act on it.

Questions
Which sources does Commently's social listening cover?
News sites, X, Instagram (by hashtag), TikTok (by search) and YouTube. Facebook, LinkedIn and Reddit are not part of the listening sources today.
How often are mentions collected?
Every day. Each new mention is classified for relevance, sentiment, category and priority as it comes in.
Does it work in languages other than English?
Yes. The AI reads each mention in the language it was written in, so a brand present in several markets can follow them from one screen.
