What it does

Share of voice from exact counts

Your share of the conversation against each competitor, counted from the same sources over the same period, not estimated.

Crisis signals at rivals

Negative and high-priority items about a competitor surface in their own strip, so your team sees a rival's bad week while it is happening.

Critical keyword alerts

Add the words that must never go unnoticed. Commently checks for them every hour and sends an email alert when one appears.

Keywords per competitor

Each competitor carries up to ten keywords of its own, and a competitor's Instagram account can be followed alongside yours.
